Adventure journalist Morgan Tilton has covered the outdoors for more than a decade specializing in travel, industry news, and human endurance. She’s a recipient of more than a dozen North American Travel Journalists Association awards, including a Gold in the Accessible Travel category, and her work is featured across more than 80 publications. As a GearJunkie Senior Editor of the Buyer’s Guides, she specializes in snowsports coverage alongside other categories and manages the annual GearJunkie Ski & Ride Week. She’s also the WeRunFar monthly columnist for iRunFar, leads writing workshops at the Crested Butte Wildflower Festival, and contributes stories to a range of publications. She was raised and lives in the remote mountains of Southwest Colorado.
