Theresa McKenney

Theresa McKenney is the Director of Sustainability at NEMO Equipment, an innovative outdoor gear brand based in Dover, NH. After interning at the National Parks Service and the New Hampshire State Parks Department, Theresa joined NEMO as a Logistics Coordinator to combine her love of recreation and interest in sustainable business. During her time at NEMO, Theresa’s work in operations, sourcing, distribution, and purchasing have given her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the camping gear industry. Today, Theresa supports the implementation of NEMO’s sustainability strategy, collaborates with organizations like The Textile Exchange, and sits on the Outdoor Industry Association Recreation Advisory Council. When she’s not deep in a spreadsheet or out hiking a trail, Theresa enjoys playing piano and fiddle with the Boston Scottish Fiddle Orchestra.
